Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Ashland, Oregon location. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of store leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma is required. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are available.

About The Opportunity

Growing grocery retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all facets of store operations. This position is responsible for achieving financial and operational goals while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers and fostering a strong team culture.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000


• Annual Bonus Opportunity


• Potential for 6th Day Overtime Pay


• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
