Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Five years of management experience, at least one year as Assistant Store Manager.
• Must be available to work a variety of retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by leading and coaching store associates.
• Drive improvement of customer experience and overall store operations to increase sales.
• Develop and mentor store management team to ensure consistent execution of programs.
• Oversee total store financials including sales, profit and loss, and performance metrics.
• Ensure store safety, food safety, and asset protection through compliant practices.
• Represent the store to Save Mart leadership and community partners.
