The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a growing grocery retailer in Port Orford, Oregon. You will oversee all store operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure financial and operational goals are met while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing budgets, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, and monitoring inventory and key metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of store manager experience
• Understanding of sales, labor management, and store financials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check

• This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000, along with an annual bonus opportunity and the potential for additional earnings through 6th-day overtime pay. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays and Tuesdays off. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates, and the company provides a comprehensive benefits package.
