The Cabinets To Go Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of selling kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring products, and installation services. Responsibilities include operational management, order management, human resources, inventory control, reporting, store maintenance, sales, training, and other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 5 years' experience in cabinet sales and design or related sales experience in construction/home improvement retail
• 1-3 years of direct Sales Management experience preferred
• Proven ability to execute sales strategies and manage inventory
• Experience in retail setting

General Responsibilities
