Semm Kipling Llc is seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Proven sales experience with ability to meet targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent team building and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field preferred

Job Summary
