The UPS Store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement processes that keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

Successful candidates will lead by example, maintain high standards in customer service, and use strong organizational skills to manage promotions, events, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous retail management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards in sales.
• Thrives in a fast-paced store environment with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent team-building and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and lead store staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
