Position Summary

Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including selecting, coaching, and developing team members, as well as merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive store sales, promotions, and meet sales goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Maintain financial records, track budgets, and meet payroll targets.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current with industry developments.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications
