Job Description

Responsibilities:

Automotive Store Manager:

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and maximize product knowledge
• Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
• Oversee technical aspects and assist with services/repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations
• Build customer relationships and address customer needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through training

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, including incentives.

Automotive Technician:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle
• Assist with inventory and store duties
• Perform services following safety standards
• Test drive vehicles as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Operate equipment safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $24.00 - $34.00/hour, with flat rate options.

Qualifications

For Store Manager:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
• Leadership experience in retail/sales
• Financial management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and coach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

For Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drives
• Own basic tools or participate in tool purchase program
