Overview

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and team development. This role involves supervising associates, ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing inventory, and maintaining brand standards.

Your role at Sally Beauty:

• Supervise and plan associates' daily goals to maximize sales and customer loyalty, focusing on in-store and Omni-channel strategies.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising, marketing, and store policies.
• Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate demands.
• Train, develop, and support team members, leveraging internal hiring platforms and recruiting efforts.
• Address associate concerns, promote diversity and inclusion, and maintain positive relations.
• Ensure execution of company processes, including digital strategies like BOPIS and SFS.
• Manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and safety policies.
• Protect company assets and ensure store compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Preferred: 3+ years retail/customer service experience, 1+ year management experience
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Availability to meet business scheduling needs
• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required
