Job description

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store employees and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient processes such as ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

  • Key Duties: Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff; ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing; monitor sales, inventory, and expenses; maintain merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy; uphold cash handling and security procedures; deliver excellent customer service; ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment; and comply with company policies.
  • Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, cash handling, and safety procedures. Bilingual skills may be preferred. High school diploma and management experience are advantageous.
  • Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional climbing or outside weather exposure. Requires reliable transportation for store-related tasks.
