• Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff; oversee daily store opening and closing; monitor financial performance through sales and expense analysis; manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation; ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; provide exceptional customer service; and handle cash control and security procedures.
