Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance standards.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service.
