Job description

The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all team and shop operations within a luxury concession. This role will focus on customer service, team management and performance, sales performance, and efficiency ensuring maintenance of operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff in exercising exceptional customer service skills with clients.
• Maintain visual standards in alignment with brand expectations.
• Support with recruitment and performance management of existing staff
• Oversee daily operations managed by the sales and operations staff
• Analyze sales performance and manage sales and inventory reporting
• Ensure consistent communication with HQ Retail team and management team

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally within luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and coaching.
• Experience working with Unions
• Expertise in store operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
