Job summary

H&M in Atlanta is seeking a Store Manager who takes full ownership of store performance, driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences through strong leadership and hands-on coaching.

You will lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors, recruit and train new staff, and ensure compliance, merchandising standards and operational excellence every day.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the store team to deliver personalized styling, product knowledge and memorable in-store experiences.

  • Lead managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors to exceed standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Identify high-potential staff and create development plans.
  • Manage store operations including compliance and merchandising to ensure efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, motivating work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience
  • Interpreting sales data to drive performance and taking ownership of the store's commercial success
  • Inspiring and leading a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed service and operational standards
  • Managing recruitment processes and ensuring effective onboarding and training for all new team members
  • Identifyinghigh-potential individuals and creating tailored development plans to support their career growth
  • Managing allaspectsof store operations-including compliance and visual merchandising-to ensure operational efficiency and upholdhigh standardsof excellence

  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information
  • This is aFull Time position with a contract of40 hours a week.

Compensation: $77,400-$87,100

Please note this position is offered on a local contract, therefore you should have the legal right to work in the United States before applying.
