Job summary

H&M in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager to own the store's performance, drive sales and profitability, and create exceptional customer experiences. You will guide a team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence in a dynamic fashion environment.

You will balance front-of-house energy with behind-the-scenes efficiency, recruit and develop talent, and ensure compliance and standards across all store operations while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

As theStore Manager,you'lltake full ownership of your store's performance, with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experiences that drive both sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities
  • Driving exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience

  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information
  • This is aFull Time position with a contract of40 hours a week.

Compensation: $86,025 - $96,778

Please note this position is offered on a local contract, therefore you should have the legal right to work in the United States before applying.
