The Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. The role involves developing, motivating, and managing store employees, as well as creating business strategies to meet sales goals and increase market share by serving large commercial clients and retail customers.
This position typically requires a 48-hour workweek, which may include evenings and weekends.
