Job summary

You will supervise team members, assist in recruiting and training, manage scheduling and payroll, and support safety and operations under the district/store manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, with leadership training expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Assist in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Assist in hiring tasks including scheduling, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training across all areas.
• Make sales calls with/without the store manager and participate in weekly customer calls.
• Oversee store operations and maintenance of the delivery fleet and records.
