Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Sparks, NV to learn day-to-day operations, lead a team, and develop leadership skills. You’ll gain experience across customer service, inventory, merchandising, and performance analysis while earning commission and a store performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Comfortable with a varied merchandise mix and customer service focus

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
• Complete management training and development assignments
• Perform other duties as assigned
