Job summary

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs will lead by example, participate in staffing, and help drive store profitability with strong team development and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication is preferred.
• Experience analyzing Profit & Loss statements is a plus.
• Automotive retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and deliver WOW! customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers.
• Manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn AutoZone culture.
