Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail management or supervision
• Willing to work full-time with flexible hours including weekends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge, deliver WOW customer service, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution
• Learn to manage monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability
• Support store operations and ensure policy compliance
• Assist with staffing, mentoring and training of employees
• Lead customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies
• Complete management skills training within the program
