Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months, with a promote-from-within trajectory to Assistant Store Manager.

You will work a 44-hour week (may include evenings/weekends) and partner with store leadership to grow a million-dollar business while learning operations, marketing, finance, and customer service for large commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of this development program.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
