Participants rotate through positions to develop teams, merchandising strategies, and partnerships that drive sales in a multi‑million‑dollar retail business.

The program emphasizes on‑the‑job training with exposure to HR, operations, and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA 3.0+ encouraged.
• Experience or aptitude in leading teams and delivering results.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–20 associates, foster a customer‑focused environment.
• Drive sales and profit by hiring and developing talent and managing daily store operations.
• Analyze business trends and partner with teammates to drive sales growth.
• Lead merchandising and Visual Execution to support store initiatives.
• Support HR and talent management activities, including interviewing and staffing.
