The program starts in August 2026 in major U.S. markets and offers high visibility, significant responsibility, and a path to store management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or encouraged.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn across sales, operations, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10–20 associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales and profitability through hiring, coaching, and daily store operations.
• Analyze business trends and partner with the team on growth opportunities.
