The role supports the Area Loss Prevention Manager and emphasizes safety, customer service, and brand representation. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication skills, and may involve background screening and drug testing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening and drug testing.
• 1 year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible Command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor wearing a body worn camera.
• Monitor for potential theft and deter opportunistic theft; gather indicators and report to leadership.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and courteous service; ensure proper checkout procedures.
