Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires one year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• This role requires one year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflict effectively.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and background screening requirements for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and courteous service.
• Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for theft indicators.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
