Qualifications

• 5+ years leading logistics, operations, or supply chain teams.
• Ability to build smoother, faster workflows and drive results.
• Collaborative across departments to implement actions.
• Data-driven with KPIs to guide decisions and improvements.
• Hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Adaptability to evolving operations and schedules.
• Commitment to safety as a core value.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Google Suite.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own Back-of-House Operations: lead team for receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Build Cross-Functional Partnerships: collaborate with Salesfloor, Visual, Asset Protection, Facility, Talent, and others.
• Champion Safety Culture: develop and maintain a proactive safety environment.
• Drive Performance & Metrics: monitor logistics KPIs and implement improvements.
• Lead & Develop Your Team: recruit, coach, and inspire managers and associates.
• Streamline Processes: identify opportunities to optimize workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Communicate with Impact: provide updates on performance trends and wins.
• Stay Hands-On: work in the warehouse to solve issues and move operations forward.
• Operate as “One Team”: cross-train across store functions to support peak periods.
