Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Store Logistics Manager for Store 339 in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will lead logistics, merchandising, and receiving to ensure accurate inventory, safe operations, and strong store performance.

You will analyze performance, plan staffing, and coach team members, partnering with district and regional teams to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Led departments of up to 40 team members driving operational excellence and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop people.
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operational rhythm of the store, supporting a seamless customer experience.
• Lead logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations with focus on inventory flow, safety, and execution.
• Analyze performance and implement solutions to elevate productivity and efficiency.
• Balance workforce planning, scheduling, training, and payroll while upholding standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and leaders to align priorities with business goals.
