Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive brand and operational excellence.
• Directly manage teammates in Front End, Freight, and Operations; coordinate with others as Head Coach.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, LP audits, safety, and store policies.
• Lead hiring processes, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Foster customer-first service and develop teammates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor payroll/scheduling and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
