Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We value flexibility, Serve Safe certification, and the ability to work a schedule that includes opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and supervise associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and direct team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
