Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will help operate a Panda store, hire and guide associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

We offer a 3+ week leadership training program, paid training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, and paid time off. You’ll join a growing, community-focused brand with opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
