FashionUnited is seeking a Manager in Training for their location in Matteson, Illinois. In this entry-level management role, you will oversee store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Your responsibilities will include driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the team in achieving store goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

• Manage store staff and operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Drive sales and profitability to meet store goals.
• Assist in evaluating staff performance and maintaining presentation standards.
