SNIPES USA is seeking a Manager in Training to fully manage the store’s staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This is an entry level management role within the store level.

As the Manager in Training you will demonstrate leadership to drive sales and profitability, maintain visual standards, and support the store team to meet the sales plan while delivering high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to support Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding goals.
• Assist with communicating the store’s goals to maximize the team’s contributions toward meeting the sales plan.
• Assist in monitoring performance in sales volume, hourly production, UPTs, charge accounts and loss prevention.
• Demonstrate leadership to assist Store Manager in managing staff as necessary.
• Ensure timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor sets.
• Recognize customer needs and ensure the assortment meets them.
• Coordinate markdowns and transfers with Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
