Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Manager in Training to fully support store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This entry-level management role develops frontline leadership and focuses on sales, customer service, and daily store operations.

You will learn how to drive results, supervise staff, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, visuals, and loss prevention while delivering excellent shopper experiences.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Assist with communicating store goals and directives to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan
• Monitor and evaluate performance in sales volume, hourly production, UPTs, charge accounts and loss prevention
• Demonstrate leadership to assist Store Manager in managing staff as needed
• Ensure timely execution of floor set guides and promotions
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
• Identify customer needs and ensure assortment meets those needs
• Ensure markdowns and transfers are completed correctly and that the store meets cleanliness standards

Education
