Buckle in Monroe, Louisiana is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations, including cashiering, displays, and guest engagement.

As a developing leader, you will recruit and train Teammates, lead by example with showmanship, and contribute to a positive store culture.

• Proven ability to lead a team in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
