Job summary

Buckle in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role blends sales, merchandising and daily operations under store management.

You'll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership while handling tasks from cashiering to merchandise displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with strong customer service and showmanship across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle's standards.
• Execute Store Leadership duties, inventory awareness, and Loss Prevention practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and uphold Buckle's Code of Ethics.
