• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to Walgreens stores within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters and oversees front store operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall store operation and daily scheduling.
• Analyzes and responds to operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, and price changes across front end and pharmacy.
• Trains and coaches team members; handles performance management and discipline.
• Ensures store safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
