Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You will coordinate scheduling, merchandising, and store safety to improve service metrics and profitability.

You will lead staff development, handle performance coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role may require relocation to other Walgreens assets within the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or successful Walgreens Internship Program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and able to work flexible hours.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end operations.
• Support Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversee store activities in the manager's absence.
• Improve store sales and profitability and ensure proper merchandising and asset protection.
• Lead and train team members; coach performance and plan development; ensure scheduling coverage.
• Analyze performance data to drive store improvements and participate in community outreach.
