Buckle in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop into a Store Manager. You will perform sales, merchandising and operations, with guidance from the Store Manager to grow in recruiting and leadership skills.

The role supports training teammates, leading by example, and stepping in as needed. This full-time on-site position provides pay with base rate plus commission for sales performance.
