Job summary

Ideal candidates have prior ASM/Store Manager experience and a proven track record in scheduling, inventory control, and labor management within a grocery or big-box retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Prior work as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a nationally or regionally recognized grocery/big box retail company is preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, project management, and personnel management.
• Knowledge of employment law and retail hiring practices is a plus.
