Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business concentration (Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, or similar).
• Prior work as Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager in a grocery/big-box retailer.
• Proficiency in scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and P&L analysis; strong project management.
• Knowledge of employment law and retail hiring practices; excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations ensuring customer service excellence and store readiness.
• Coach, train, and develop department managers and associates; drive engagement and retention.
• Drive sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and service execution.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and payroll; analyze reports to maximize profitability.
