Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops department managers and associates.
• Delegates effectively to Department Managers and holds teams accountable.
• Fosters engagement, morale, retention, and a positive work culture.
• Models and enforces high service standards and handles escalated customer issues.
• Ensures daily store operations with consistency and accuracy; adheres to SOPs and safety standards.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, audits, and store readiness.
• Drives revenue through merchandising, promotions, and service execution; monitors KPIs and margins.
• Supports budgeting, scheduling, expense controls, and payroll allocation; analyzes trends.
