You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance with all Giant programs and relevant laws. Travel within the regional area may be required.

Qualifications

• Store management experience is required.
• Experience in perishable, grocery, or big box retail is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business concentration required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work hours, travel within the regional area (Washington/Virginia/Maryland/Delaware).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and lead the store team.
