• Bachelor's degree in business concentration.
• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a large grocery or big-box retail.
• Strong scheduling, inventory management, payroll, and P&L analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop teams; set the tone for service.
• Oversee customer service, training, labor and inventory processes.
• Manage open/close procedures, audits, and store readiness.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs and margins, and plan staffing to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and policy adherence.
