Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Experience in large retail or grocery leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, payroll, and P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and teams to deliver sales and service targets.
• Oversee training, development, and performance of store associates and managers.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, audits, and store readiness.
• Drive merchandising, promotions, and service execution to grow revenue and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and labor costs, making data-driven decisions to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and store policies.
