Job summary

Maurices in Vincennes, IN is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT). You will support the store manager to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and learn all aspects of retail leadership.

The MIT program runs 3–6 months with relocation to a new store or group of stores. You will participate in training modules while performing a managerial role to prepare for a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment; experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, and demonstrate professionalism.
