CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Baton Rouge. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on learning with your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

You will build leadership skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management, with a 45-hour work week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
