Buckle in Ann Arbor is seeking a Management Trainee to support sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work with the Store Manager to learn leadership, recruiting and sales strategies, while training teammates and stepping in as Store Manager in their absence.

The role emphasizes guest service, team development, and operating procedures to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Lead and coach Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Participate in interviewing and recruitment with Store Manager.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
• Ensure efficient store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
