Buckle seeks a Management Trainee in Bristol, TN to learn store operations, sales, merchandising, and leadership. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills to become a Store Manager.

You will also share responsibility for training Teammates and may act as Store Manager in their absence. Through Sales Generation, Recruiting and Development, and Operations, you will gain experience across the business and complete a structured trainee program with

Formación

Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

Greet Guests with legendary service and provide product knowledge to drive sales.
Develop leadership and coaching skills; train and motivate Teammates.
Assist Store Manager with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support operations: merchandising, displays, and store procedures.
Act as Store Manager in their absence and collaborate across districts as needed.
