Job summary

AutoZone seeks an MIT to develop leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise across store processes. You will receive hands-on assignments, with a target 8–12 week path to management based on performance and background.

The role focuses on leading teams, driving profitability, and mastering P&L understanding while progressing to a Retail Store Management position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule with full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail or analyzing P&L statements is a plus.
