Job summary

Within 8-12 weeks, you could advance into management, depending on prior experience and performance. The role requires a full-time flexible schedule and a commitment to AutoZone values and operating excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials (e.g., P&L) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and cultivate a high-performing, engaged store team
• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to optimize store profitability
• Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold structured training processes
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team
• Take charge of customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and resolving concerns proactively
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success
• Complete management skills training, learning key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture
